This is a demo of Harmonya’s AI custom companion for destination marketing, part of the AI team that include the travel buddy Ella Voyage.
Beside storytelling and acting as travel buddy for the destination, the AI agent can book services, help navigating procedures, forward calls directly or by booking a convenient time, be a tour guide able to enrich all aspects of the points of interest while satisfying all curiosities that the tourists may have.

“Bepi”, diminutivo affettuoso di Giuseppe, è un personaggio immaginario creato per rappresentare l’archetipo del vecchio abitante di Sanremo
Nato e cresciuto nella città dei fiori, Bepi incarna l’essenza del ligure doc: un uomo dal carattere apparentemente burbero, ma dal cuore generoso e dall’animo profondamente legato alle tradizioni e al territorio.
Se c’è una voce che può raccontare Sanremo con il cuore e con la passione di chi l’ha vissuta in ogni suo angolo, quella è la voce di Bepi. Vecchio abitante della città, nato e cresciuto tra il mare e i caruggi, Bepi è più di un semplice sanremese: è la memoria vivente delle sue strade, dei suoi profumi e delle sue storie.
